Locations....One more time

It is vital, not optional, that new members post their location in their user profile before they will be allowed to post for the first time. I just had to disapprove a legitimate post because the new member did not post their location. I hate doing this, but it is important we know who is on our forum. I don't know how else to say it where people understand this rule. I posted a blurb on the Message Board to this effect.
