Jim Reeves' 1960 Cadillac Eldorado Seville

Post: # 9886Post electra225 »

Gentleman Jim bought this car new and drove it until his death in 1964. Quite the car. I don't know what Cadillac called the color, but it would be Seafoam Green metallic in Buick-speak. Gorgeous car.

What a beautiful automobile! I like my 2014 Cadillac XTS V-Sport Platinum, but it certainly pales in comparison to that 1960 Eldorado Seville!

I see Jim Reeves Cadillac has a dual snorkel air cleaner, typical of cars equipped with tri-power. When did Cadillac abandon tri-power carburetion? I thought it was 1959.

Last Q engine was 1960, along with air suspension.
