Earth trains

I found the link below on my opening page on the work computer this a.m. I am easily distracted when I just get to work. This one is about a series of "earth trains," huge diesel-electric trains on huge rubber tires to traverse Arctic routes. The creator was a guy named LeTourneau who designed earth-moving equipment. He also founded a college, now LeTourneau University. My great-aunt used to get his newsletters and would send them along to me so the name struck a bell.
