Dumb computer question

Hello, Couple of updates ago my computer now won't indent a paragraph when i press return. Instead it submits the post. Thank god it only previews it so i can go back. But makes it super irritating to type (which i can't) How do i change this back to indenting? iMac computer version 11.6.1 Hydro
