I'll put Bill on the spot here, but I saw this and thought of him. This is the Electro-Voice 132 cartridge that basically replaced the E-V 26, generally starting with the 1962 models. Every bit as good as the 26, which is one of the best cartridges ever built in my humble opinion. They are part of the reason for the sweet sound of Magnavox stereos. This is an ebay auction, but if you'll scroll thru the pictures, you'll see the bottom of the cartridge. That may help Bill identify what he has in his Symphony.

Thanks, Greg I wish that was what was in the Symphony, but, unfortunately, it's not. The black color is correct. I'll take a photo of it and post on the forum. Maybe someone will be able to identify.

Have you asked Gary about it? Maybe he can help? Post a picture and we'll take a shot at it.
