Tim from GA

Post: # 29738Post tsmith1315 »

Hey everyone, Tim from South Georgia here.

I'm a music and audio fan in general. I love live music, especially in a small setting. I got into car audio as a young teen in the late 70's and worked as an installer through my mid-20's, so I lived in stereo shops in my young life. Other passions are cars and rocketry. I'm a Licensed Dispensing Optician and manage an optometry practice in real life.

I was on VintageHiFi.net as username "Alfista" (an Alfa Romeo reference) for a while before it shut down.

I have a good bit of vintage audio odds and ends, and I have 2 consoles. Both purchased from the original owners:

Welcome aboard!! I remember you from the older forums. Good to hear from you again. We hope you enjoy the forums. I have a 1962 Stereo Theater, 2MV418 that currently suffers from a busted TV chassis. Thanks for sharing your consoles..... :D :D

While many of us here have different interests, old audio and cars seem to be central ones. I'm just getting my 1951 Maggie "back on the road."
