Just found this forum yesterday. Have a nice looking console that I'd like to refurbish to function better. Currently everything works, but the sound is distorted.

You are fine. Thanks for taking care of that. If you have been reading the Chat board, you will understand why we are so insistent on knowing where people are located. Most internet forums are requiring locations, just one tool in the constant fight with spambots....

It is! Had to have the turn-table serviced recently as I broke the needle cartridge moving it. Thanks again for saving it years ago! Hope all is well!
