Les, The Cartoon Man was the personality on the TV station that showed The Little Rascals. I assume Les had a name, and was probably a sports announcer or whatever. I think he was on Channel 4. His tenure predated Happy Herb and Janie. He showed not only The Little Rascals, but also the old, black and white Max Fleischer Popeye cartoons. Do you remember the names of Popeye's three nephews?
