Just to Balance Out Those Good Deals...
I had to post this one and the lucky winner will get a good laugh.
So, which decimal place will yield the correct price
for this olive drab looking Magnavox ?

There might be Maple under that green paint as it's an Early American cabinet. As far as price goes, me thinks six bucks would be plenty but probably should be $60.00. And that's actually a deluxe model.

Oh a deluxe model ? I wasn't trying to insult the Magnavox,
only the seller's price.

Works like new, set on 16 rpm with tonearm resting on platter??
That IS one of the last good Magnavox record changers before BSR, so pre-1974 model.
Orange shag carpet is missing but that paneling really sets off the odd shade!
As a kid, this was not such an odd-looking piece of furniture with that finish, it seemed to fit with the other 'urp-tones of brown-yellow-green-orange

I was kind of insulting both, so not to worry Mr. Mogul.

When I'm telling people how to find my '67 sailboat in the mooring field, I tell them to look for the one with the olive sheer stripe (stripe along the top of the hull). No mistaking the age of that boat.... Luckily, she's a handsome little vessel otherwise so the color isn't so apparent.

Yeah about $60. Those receivers are actually quite good, I will say though, basically the same one being used nekkid in my garage now. I'm impressed with it's performance all around.
Hey, we had orange shag carpet in 1971... Levitz love seats with white, lemon yellow, and grass green stripes... shiny white plastic tables.
The very height of fashion... in 1966... lol.

When I crewed on the Loana. The owner came and said we are painting the top of the masts safety orange I thought he was crazy but it was/is the identifying thing on the boat. Can you imagine looking in the marina for an orange mast!
