Classic Hifi Care

Hi guys .
I’m Matt from Sacramento, CA. Found this forum this week as we acquired my wife’s grandparents RCA VCG record cabinet. While cruising through the Internet, I found a post from someone on this forum trying to restore one exactly like the one we just got. It’s really the most information I found online about it so I put up a post.

I don’t know much about any of this stuff. It will all be new to me. But I can already tell there are a lot of really smart guys on here!
I’ve already posted on the RCA Victrola forum.
Nice to meet y’all electronically anyhow

Again, welcome, Mattmatty, and thank you for officially joining up. One more post will allow you to have access to the downloads section which is full of helpful information including schematics that members have downloaded, catalogs and brochures, the gallery, and other information. One suggestion that I have, take time to investigate the different parts of the forum. Read through what members have posted so you can get to know us. May I suggest starting with the RCA board, there are plenty of topics listed under that board that you might find interesting. The same goes with all the other boards, take a look around and make yourself to home.

Hi guys, thanks for the welcome. I have a little more info now, so will post a fresh post in the RCA Victor forum w/ my pics and additional info. Cheers, and thanks again for the space to see about figuring this thing out!

Again, welcome and I look forward to reading your post.

Me, too! I like your avatar!.....

Welcome to the family!

Welcome to the hi-fi family, Matt.

Welcome to the forum... we like RCA's !

Thanks for joining ! RCA is one of my favorites - progressing from tubes to transistors without going cheap.
