Did Zenith ever sell in Europe? It has a bit of a European look--more compact. And then there's the name, with the accents.

I saw one of these about 8 years ago, as a repair job. It was oriental black but without any additional decoration or hardware. The power transformer was baked. Luckily I had a junk chassis with a good one. The amp is a single ended 6BQ5 making 5 watts per channel.
The speaker hinges are used for connection when speakers are hung on unit, with each speaker cable/RCA plug stored in a pocket.
This is a model that likely sold in some specialty furniture stores. Zenith sold via dealers and retail stores, which explain some of the odd cabinet designs that RCA and Zenith included in their range of product. This one was found in an Antique mall for $60 and I charged another 200 for the restoration, prices had to go up since then
