I know I've been absent again and this is not the first time.

This time it was due to our ham radio flee market. There has been a lot of time spent planning this event.

Greg, I owe you a call and hope to do that this week.

We hit it out of the park with that show. We have had a lot of great feed-back and plan to do it again next year.

Did you notice the guy with all the vacuum tubes?

I saw a table with lots of tubes, but no fellow.

I said that wrong, he was not in the video. He offered to buy my collection of tubes but he was only charging one dollar for any tube on the table. I can only imagine how little he was planning to offer me.

There used to be an extremely large and very popular HAM show in Richmond Virginia. It always occurred the first Saturday in February and was called "Frostfest." The Richmond HAM club imploded a few years back and never recovered, partly due to the COVID-19 restrictions. We decided the timing was right to start a new HAM show, but decided the spring time would be better. I wanted to capitalize on the very popular event and decided on "Thawfest." The timing was right and so was the name, we had a very successful first year.
