Looks like a high-end V-M model.

Thanks, Elton, and it is tube. It's from 1962 priced at $375.00 so it would have been PP something. The changer is wrong, that changer belongs in a newer VM. I missed out it now says SOLD.

It is a nice stereo tube amp, with 2 6BQ5's per channel,
and a separate pre-amp chassis.
The V-M changer (1297 and the like) is only a few years newer than
the original V-M 1245 that was supposed to be
in the console.
Speakers are V-M's often used combo of a 12 inch woofer
and a 3 inch tweeter in their late 1950's to early 1960's
stereos.

Thanks, Mr. Mogul. I knew it was PP but now sure if it was 6BQ5 or 6V6.
