I like this artist. He writes most of his own material. Some of it we can't post on the forum, but it's all brilliant. Here is one of his later songs that you might enjoy. Happy Birthday, Ray, and thanks for all the albums you sold me.......

"The Streak" was a sensation on top 40, I was in 4th grade and everyone was quoting it. Guitarzan was another favorite.

A lot of his material is not politically correct anymore. I posted a song that has no political implications. He wasn't afraid to state his opinion in a song. He had a way with words and made his own "sounds" that made his material unique. Much on the same vein as David Seville did with the chipmunks. Ray Stevens is a pretty fair piano player as well.
