Went to the Sally one Saturday and they're trying to get this amp to work and couldn't. Their plan was to use it in the store and I explained you really can't use it the way you want to. It won't light so they gave it to me.

No clue what I'm going to do with it and I really can't find much info on it except it's late 70s to early 80s...

Maybe this will help?

60 WPC, they say. That's a pretty good amp, according to those in the know. Might be worth seeing what ails it.
Good luck. :)

HIFI Engine had about the only info out there. I'm not a SS fan but I'll work on it over the winter. There's one on the auction site now for 450 but I highly doubt it'll ever get that!

My old Pioneer SX-1050 lost the left channel four or five years ago. I pulled the cabinet off it, just to "see what I could see". There wasn't much in there that I could even identify, let alone have a prayer of troubleshooting and making repairs. There are layers upon layers of components. There are YouTube videos that show how to go thru one. Like you, I'm not much of a SS fan. I'm suspecting a cap, but how do I know?
