Mark Oppat sends this in Michigan:
"Former MARC member Larry Steinhauer has a Zenith 7S591 radio/phono console combo in nice unrestored condition for FREE. Must be moved by Nov 2. He is in the Ann Arbor/Saline area. Contact him now at 734-255-5081"
His email is Moppat@comcast.net.
I can't figure out how to get the photos here. It's a ca. 1950 radio-phono console that's the typical shape for that era. I could probably forward the email if you send me a PM.

Re: Free Zenith
I found this picture of the Zenith 7S-591 off the internet. According to Radio Museum it has a 1232, 7B8, 7A7, 7A4, 7B4, 6F6G, and the dreaded 6X5G rectifier. Chassis 7A04. In Riders Vol. 12. Pre-1941. I wonder if the changer in the one in the picture is correct. It looks multi-speed. 1941 would be 78-only. Loktal tubes, rubber wiring, there you go.....

Re: Free Zenith
Looking at Nostalgia Air's Rider's, they show a 7-S-598--same tube complement except a 5Y4 rectifier.

Definitely not the original changer.
