Here you go, Walter. I follow this guy's channel. I really enjoy his videos. I don't agree with him on the 429, but most other stuff he pretty much got right. Check out the straight quarter panels on this car. I don't know whether it's restored or original, but it sure is nice. I don't remember ever seeing one up close.....

He does talk a lot but that is one beautiful car. What is the vent looking thing in the dash that is center behind the steering wheel?

Climate control sensor. It's a resistor that feeds a temperature signal to adjust the air conditioning.

The guy is a talker, but he is really knowledgeable, and, best of all, he is a trivia buff. He gets into the little details, something I enjoy. He is not a 429 fan, which is opposite of me. I think the 429 was the best Cadillac engine ever built. In fact, ANY 429 was a good engine. I am not a fan of the 472/500 because they are hard to keep in tune and they are attracious gas hogs. The 429 used an AFB carb for the most part, while the 472/500 used the Quadra-Jet, which liked to deposit its metering rods into the bottom bowl of the carburetor. Besides, I got my doors dusted by a 1964 Sedan DeVille with the 429 so gained lots of respect for them. Whoever did the body work on the Fleetwood in this video did a fantastic job. That is a big car, long, flat quarters, straight as a rod. The interior on that car is amazing. Cadillac got by with that formal, very decorative interior, while the same interior style in a Buick looked like it came out of a Checker cab.
