This is the premier radio repair text generally preferred for learning radio repair. It is getting hard to find online, so I thought I'd take this opportunity to post it here.

"Elements of Radio Servicing" by Marcus
A good leader is someone who can tell you where to go, and make you look forward to the trip.
Never allow someone who has done nothing to advise you on anything.

Re: "Elements of Radio Servicing" by Marcus
I found a 1947 hard copy of this book some years ago.
It is really interesting and has to me
good troubleshooting approaches.
I like the block diagrams that outline the
organization of the circuits.
If I knew more electronics, I could make
better use of it.

The book is designed to be a teaching tool. It is also a handy reference for those who may be more familiar with electronics, but have hit a snag as we all do.
