Wurlitzer jukebox

Post: # 23994Post TC Chris »

My Wurlitzer Model 1100 jukebox (ca. 1948) needs an electromechanical part in the coin sorter. I've tried to locate the part from time to time with no luck. Goes anybody here have contacts in the jukebox world?

"Tony V" who is on ARF and was on the old, now defunct Tube Radio Forum was a jukebox guy, if memory serves. You might try to PM him on ARF and see if he responds. My only experience with a jukebox was that I dated a girl whose dad serviced juke boxes and gave me boxes of juke box records, so of which were still good enough to play on a modern phonograph. I also put many a quarter in the jukebox at the American Legion when they had "quarter draft" night...... ;)

Chris. I think this is the guy that lives down the street from a friend in Ann Arbor. He has Juke Boxes by the 100rds and probably can help you with parts. If not, he may know where to find them.

Thank you,Bill. I don;t think I had contacted him on the last go-round on this. I did raise the question on ARF and the guys there did not have the item.

I wonder if anybody does solenoid coil rewinding?
