Code 145 Cinaudagraph Corporation speaker

Post: # 21716Post electra225 »

I have a ten inch speaker hanging on my wall. Bill has a stereo that needs a ten inch speaker, so I took a look at this one. Code 145, never heard of this company. I found this little blurb on defunct companies that may shed some light. It might be a nice speaker. Scroll down the alphabetically-listed companies until you come to this one.

Thanks, Greg. In my EIA speaker code chart 145 shows to be shared by two companies which when reading your link are probably the same company.

Cinaudagraph

Last page in the literature section of the downloads is a list of Speaker EIA codes. I wish they made a speaker with a magnet in the front of the cone..since no one else does anymore ...kinda hard to replace 2 inch depth clearance speakers

What size speakers do you need only two inches thick?

out of the GE... the speaker cabinets are only 2 1/2 deep... the speakers are 8" , the magnets are mounted in the cone in front, they are not a sought after type ... otherwise the Chinese would have stolen the design and they would be selling on Alibaba by now  ...
