Does it work? Is it a model with the plastic turntable platter?
I haven't failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.....Thomas Alva Edison

The radio works, the changer not so much... the power switches on these W701 changers are cheap plastic and they strip on the metal shafts , worst comes to worst I will super glue the switch to the shaft ... but it could never be taken apart again if I do...and the platter is plastic... it uses the narrow tetrad carts like the thin armed BSR's do
so not a problem to replace it if needed , It says made in England ... just not sure if it was by BSR or Coleco  I also found the model in the 1977 catalogue... model 6440 says it only has 6 watts per channel with 10 " woofer and 3.5 tweeter

Instead of stripping for parts, consider renovating and selling to somebody who wants to play LPs. After all, Bay City has a used record store, and probably Saginaw and Midland, and one more record-playing device is one more potential customer to keep the stores alive.
